Positively Puppy Good Manners

For puppies 10 – 20 weeks

Due to popular demand, we have opened a Good Manners Puppy class for puppies between 10 – 20 weeks of age. Our Good Manners Puppy class mimics or Good Manners 1 curriculum where your pup will learn name recognition, sit, down, come, leash walking, drop, leave it, wait, place, and some tricks. Once puppies have completed Puppy Manners, they are eligible to move into Good Manners 2 or any of our other group classes.

Positively Good Manners 1

For socialized puppies and dogs 16 weeks and above

Our Good Manners course is packed full of practical behaviors that will have your dog well on their way to being a super star! Regardless of your dogs’ age, it is always a good time to brush up on your dogs’ good manners skills. In this session your dog will learn their name, sit, down, come, leave it, wait, loose leash walking, polite greetings, and more! We also love to add in some fun tricks and games that will have your dog wanting to learn more.

Positively Good Manners 2

Prerequisites: Good Manners or equivalent
6 weeks $190

Training is an ongoing process. In our Good Manners 2 course we will continue to improve your dogs’ good manners skills by introducing hand signals, leash walking games, increased distractions, short distance stays, and more recalls. We base this class on the 10 training elements from the AKC’s Canine Good Citizen test. At the end of this session, we showcase each student’s progress on our graduation Rally Course.

Positively Good Manners 3

Prerequisites: Good Manners or equivalent

Our Good Manners 3 class combines the skills learned in Gm 1 & 2 and applies these skills to real life applications. Our curriculum is focused on leash walking skills, where dogs learn heel and side positions, pivots, side exchanges, reverse movements, and handy leash walking games to keep your dog engaged. This is a great class for students interested in doing therapy work, or who just want the next level of training with their dogs’.

Positively Tricks

Recommend having completed a Good Manners class or experience with clicker training

Your dog CAN learn new tricks! Using a combination of TV and movie inspired tricks, and incorporating a favorite board game called “My Dog Can Do That”, you and your dog will be well on your way to impressing your friends and family! With the new moves your dog has learned in this 6 week course, you will have the opportunity to create your own tricks routine that you can perform at graduation. This is a guaranteed good time that you don’t want to miss!

Intro to Agility

Recommend having completed a Good Manners class or puppy manners
6 weeks $190

Due to popular demand, we are now offering an agility intro class to get students started on the agility basics during our winter months. The class will introduce ground targets, contacts, handling, jumps, weaves, and hoopers.

Agility Group Classes

Agility Classes – Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced

All classes are held outside and are subject to weather

Check out our leveled agility classes where dogs will learn the basics of agility without the competitive edge. We offer a variety of skill levels for this course from Beginner, Intermediate to Advanced. Each class is geared toward you and your dogs’ experience level, where we will help develop your skills toward doing course work. You will be amazed with how well your dog can do!

Agility Drop-In

Once you and your dog have completed beginner through advanced agility, you can take advantage of our drop in option. Our drop in classes mean that you can come to class weekly, or just stop in and have fun for some runs when it’s convenient for your schedule.
